* BEGIN NETCAST * A suprise came today from the A.S.E. as they announced a new program which they are offering to everyone. The A.S.E Felon Rehabilitation Program is a free program which allows other empires to export their criminals to the A.S.E. free of charge. It was not stated what the A.S.E. was going to do with the criminals once they are under their control. Empires that use this service are asked to meet the A.S.E at the borders of their empire and transfer the criminals to A.S.E. ships which will then return to the Gollis system. The A.S.E. asks that the governments supply a sentence term for each criminal. There is no information about what happens when a criminal finishes his sentence in the rehabilitation program. An announcement was made by the S.Q.T. about a renegade female dr'owe that left the empire and entered Selesthian space. The explosion reported in the last netcast has been linked to the spider ship which the dr'owe stole from the S.Q.T. The S.Q.T. believes that the renegade female and her companions survived the crash and are at large. The S.Q.T. has offered a reward for the return of this dr'owe, stating that she has committed serious crimes in their empire. No other information is currently available about the female and her location. On the Selesthian Ring complex a message from ArTir'stari Prenai was broadcast to all ambassadors of a murder in the Archaen part of the complex. No details were given about the murder, who did it, or how, only that the thing responsible is very dangerous. In response to this message the S.Q.T.'s forces have been increased in their part of the ring complex, with security checking each person as they pass into their section. The Selesthian police teams in Sa'rini and the complex are now on yellow alert. A change has occured in the S.Q.T. as a female dr'owe by the name of Kunoichi Faclain takes the position of matriarch of the 25th house. Her raise to this position is questionable as the netcast reveals a slip of the tounge. The S.Q.T. has not released any more information about this event. A small terrorist group believed to have Ghoiite connections was just apprehended. They hijacked a FSS freighter and crossed into FSS space using false documents. Once inside, they attacked a small frontier-colony planet. However, this was not a successful attack. An anonymous tip was sent to the colony right before the attack. The sender of the transmission was apparently shot before he was able to identify himself. During the battle an escape pod jettisoned from the freighter and was lost in the confusion of the battle. After a few more minutes passed another transmission was received asking for a cease fire. The sender was Archer Haradee, an investigator for the Galatic Union's War Crimes Tribunal. Mr. Haradee was with the Stellar Cross medical team in the Kwoshimian Empire handling an epidemic there, but the team was reported missing. His sudden appearance on the freighter and sudden departure after giving a testimony are raising many questions about what is going on inside the Kwoshimian Empire. No contact has been made with the Kwoshimians after the disappearance of Emperor Kwoshime and the claim of Argon as the next Emperor.
