Bold Moves by Everton

It has come to the attention of IGNM that we have been somewhat remiss in reporting events in the Tri-sector. This is due to the destruction of our relay station in the Teimar system by Quantum Storm Eloise.

In that length of time, most of the empires in that region have been relatively incative. The notable exception is the Everton Imperium, where three major events have gone unreported by IGNM.

The first was the long-awaited arrival of the Codoj state-ship Shtushaze in orbit of Volcaneum, greatly adding to the planet's food production.

The second event was the extremely rapid terraforming and intial colonization of Outer Evertonia, just outside the Everton Q-zone. Outer Evertonia is intended to act as a trade center and entrepot for the Imperium. It will also be the primary center for synth licensing before entry into Imperium space.

The final event was the stunning and brutal attack by Clan Deathspider upon the Evertonian convoy headed for the opening of ELF Station (please see ELF Follies for more on ELF Station). Stunningly effective cooperation between the SQT, dra'keshi, and Evertonian forces on the scene prevented the pirates from achieving their goal. One of the pirate vessels was captured and its crew faces trial on ELF Station.
